We have a 24
hour cancelation policy for all Reservations.
This means that if you need to cancel your
reservation, you MUST
contact us prior to 3:00 PM of the day BEFORE
you are Scheduled to check in.
Reservations
with a Valid Credit Card will be held until
Midnight of the date of arrival unless otherwise
notified. We do stay open for the late ferry
when in operation. Due to the number of
people who travel in the summer without
reservations, empty rooms are made available
to those in need after midnight.
Long Weekend
and Special Event Reservations
have different rules.
For a Long Weekend
reservation we require
48 Hours Notice - 3:00 PM of Wednesday for
a Friday reservation or 3:00 PM Thursday
for a Saturday reservation. Due to the high
demand for rooms, we deem that Groundhog
Day Weekend will fall under the rules for
Long Weekends.
Special Event
Reservations: These are usually Group bookings
for events such as Weddings and Reunions.
For these events, we Require a Minimum of
7 days Notice if the complete event is to
be Cancelled or Re-scheduled.
We have no control
over the weather and cannot provide indoor
cooking facilities for our patrons. Should
you encounter foul weather, you will have
to treat yourselves to meals at our local
establishments. Bad weather - short of impassable
roads - is no excuse to cancel a reservation.
After Check-In,
there will be NO
refunds for any reason.
